Lot's of silk in the cedar top. Beautiful!

Padauk bridge with scalloped saddle

Saddle does not need to be adjusted since action is adjusted with the tilting neck feature.

The hole between the 3rd and 4th string just behind the 17th fret is where the access to a 1/8" allen(hex)key is inserted.

Turning the key clockwise lowers the action, counter clockwise which loosens the set screw raises the action. Only a very slight turn is needed to adjust the action in either direction. Standard action is set at 8/64ths for the 1st string and 10/64ths for the 6th string measured at the 12th fret and open strings. When fretted at the first fret and measured it is 0.110" first string and 0.145" at the 6th string.

Gilbert tuning machines with ebony knobs, gear dot and black rollers.

Tail purfling.
