Head profile routed and ready for slotting and detailing.

Sides being fitted to the top and neck.

Back ready to glue onto the body.

Back glued on and ready for binding and purfling.

Fingerboard ready for fretting.

Frets installed. Ready for neck to be shaped and final prep for finishing.

12-hole Gilbert style bridge glued on and MOP fret dots inlaid. Ready for finishing.

In the middle of the lacquer stage of the back, sides and neck.

Finish buffed and ready for set-up.
