Three piece neck being glued up. This Spanish cedar comes from a special stash of Spanish cedar that John Gilbert purchased in the 1990's. I love this stuff! Simply the best Spanish cedar I have ever seen. The Gilbert method of "flipping" the wood is used which makes a very stable neck.

Brazilian rosewood sides and Alaskan yellow cedar laminate ready for bending.
